Speaking of which frogs to ignore, have you ever wondered which ‘princesses’ they would rather stay away from? Well, here are some surprising answers we got from boys all around the country! [Guest starring: a bit of word manipulation here and there from le moi ;)]
- Mera prince charming kab ayega?
Apparently frogs can’t stand princesses who enjoy spending 99.99% of their time croaking on how they’re awaiting their Prince Charming No.1 (no, it’s not a movie, and no it does NOT star Govinda). While we don’t have much of a choice but to feel this way when we’re PMS-ing, that is the only time we give you the license to do so. So girls, desperate is sure to turn them exasperate. If that’s your scene, make sure it isn’t anymore.
- So Prince Charming, I think you should wear Armani to our wedding so that it compliments me and doesn’t take too much attention off me in my Vera Wang gown because frankly I’m effing gorge-
This seems to be a little worse than the first for them froggies. Frog X from Chennai says that ‘extreme loudness and over-detailing on looks turns him off the most’ remarking that “a girl generally cannot keep her voice to a lower decibel level due to evolution”. Ouch, that’s caustic. Sure, girls don’t need guy advice, but now we know what actually goes on in their head! And PS – definitely no talk on the big fat Indian wedding dream. Especially if you’re on your second date. Zip!
- I hate all of mankind and all men in the universe and all their sons and fathers because my ex-boyfriend cheated on me.
“Yes, that sucks. And your ex-boyfriend is definitely a prick. But hating all the frogs in the world just because you’re a frog in the well isn’t working for us” – Somewhere along the lines of that is what a littleBangalorebirdie (or a frog) tells us. Hate your ex, sure, but all the boys? That’s a boo-boo, now that you know how much it actually turns them off!
- I SEWED PRINCE CHARMING ON ALL MY SHIRTS. AND BRAS. AND EARRINGS. AND NAILS.
The annoying girlfriend strikes again! Call him thirty nine times a day? Check. Question him on who ‘Mom’ on his contact list is? Check. Umm actually ‘uncheck’ we say. Clinginess scores an all-time high on the boys’ ‘stay away’ radar. So once you do meet your Charming No.1 please give him his space and let him breathe. Au contraire, thisKochiboy tells us that he loves it when being in a relationship still gives him the thrill of a chase. So, if you’ve set your eyes on a handsome adventure-loving hottie, we suggest you take your eyes off for a while, and watch as he comes looking.
- What’s your name again, uh, Chince Parming?
Uh-oh. As much as theKochiboy loves the chase, there are some guys out there who absolutely hate it when you do not pay attention. Frog Y tells us this - “When I am out with a girl, I want to talk to her... not listen to her talk on the phone with someone else”. Give him his space, but don’t space out! Our little research survey tells us that boys hate it when you cancel plans, don’t pay attention, or do not reciprocate communication. So make sure you don’t over-do the chase, because in the end, you cannot even be too sure of someone to be in it.
So that’s a ‘frog’s eye view’ of how their princesses should be. Agree, disagree? What are your thoughts? Leave a comment, or share it with your friends (and frogs!)
