That’s so Gloss!  is India’s first ever online magazine and community exclusively for (and by!) young women (13-25 y.o. or anyone who likes our content). We're free and online. Whether you’re from a big city or small town, into fashion or sports or school or your career, Gloss! has something for you Publishing for young women has become a HUGE deal in other countries, so why should India, in the 21st century, fall behind? With national as well as local content on Fashion, Beauty, Health, Love, School/College, Life, Folks and Other, Gloss serves as a hub for everything young women in India need to know and are talking about today.  It’s a safe and vibrant online community where you can connect with other young women from around the country on a peer-to-peer basis, discuss ideas and get advice. What’s more- Gloss is also written by youngsters from around the country, for who knows the desi girl better than herself?

Gloss! is a dorm-room startup,  founded in January 2012 in IIT Madras, and launched in June in the Ryerson Digital Media Zone, Toronto, with the help of an awesome team. Women's magazines are NOT “frivolous”, “trash” or for those kinds of girls. If anything, they've historically gone hand-in-hand with the feminist movement and help capture the realities of young women of a place and time. That's So Gloss! is a free and online magazine with content written/photographed/videographed by youngsters themselves! You can browse Gloss! by Category, Author and Location, sign up for a free membership to join the conversation and also get involved. We encourage you to keep in touch with us on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest and YouTube and like/share/follow/tweet/subscribe, etc. and be part of a growing network of amazing women.

Stay fabulous!
